PCB Laser Scribing

Laser is the best suitable option when it comes to Scribing on PCB to electrical Path as it does not demand any special photo-sensitive coating which is applied at upper surface of PCB while making the PCB. During the Scribing, this upper surface coating is scribed or etch. This process is done with low laser power, so it is very cost friendly. A localized Laser pulse with minimum thermal at the PCB and Scribing is done as per the defined area in software.
